CLIMATE CHANGE: OUR PLANET AS A PRIORITY

  The climate started changing a long time ago due to human activities but we came to know about it in the last century. During the last century, we started noticing the climatic change and its effect on human life. It refers to the change in the  environmental conditions  of the earth. This happens due to many internal and external factors. Besides, these climatic changes affect life on the earth in various ways, having various impacts on the  ecosystem  and ecology, the ocean level is rising, glaciers are melting, forest  and wildlife are declining, and water life is also getting disturbed due to climatic changes.  Scientists estimate that 150-200 species of plant, insect, and bird become extinct every 24 hours. This is nearly 1,000 times the natural or background rate. It is greater than anything the world has experienced since the vanishing of the dinosaurs nearly 65 million years ago. Introducing myself

  My name is Diana Potes, I`m 22 years old and I`m from Bolivar state, Venezuela. In this blog I will share with you things to know me better. I grew up in a small town called Tumeremo, it is just 6 hours to Brazil. When I finished high school I asked my parents for a travel gift and I convince myself to know about Merida. It was the best trip with my family and I felt in love with this city that I decided to study here, I was excited to live in another state and start to live my life as a student. I`m studying modern languages teaching education at the university, I chose this carrer just for two things, first one, I love languages and I`m happy because I want to speak like, two o more languages.
